      Good reminder that there are completely dishonest people

      Totally dishonest from top management thru sales. Happy to cheat vendors and never deliver quality to home buyers.

      Great pay, bonuses and benefits

      Cons

      Manager was harsh and abusive. Constant threat of being let go was very stressful. When working with some of the communities some team members forgot that they were not the boss they were all there to be equals.
