      Pros

      Your time is spent on things that matter, very little reports, logging calls etc... great product, great locations, very little oversight. You can run your office the way you want and do what makes sense.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how good you are, it’s all about the politics. If you don’t know how to play that game, this isn’t the company for you.

      Totally dishonest from top management thru sales. Happy to cheat vendors and never deliver quality to home buyers.
