Pros

We have autonomy to practice medicine how we see fit. We are able to build the culture of our hospital to best match our staff and clients. No corporate feel with the clinic group, but we have support when we need it. It is nice being able to have a large group of doctors to be able to consult when necessary.

Cons

Large expansion, some growing pains with home office. Please continue to support as needed.
