Pros

Simple, positive core values. The environment is new, clean and bright. The team is amazing to work with and lead. The upper management continues to grow with the company growth. The lead DVM cares, and supports. I genuinely love it here.

Cons

The upper management support was lacking for all the growth, but they quickly rectified it.

This job has been my saving grace and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity that I have been given. The people I work with are not only super knowledgeable but also very great and patient mentors. I can always ask all the questions I have and not be made to feel dumb about it. My CityVet people are like family to me and I can’t say thank you enough!

Incredible management, owning DVM cares about the practice and wellbeing of employees, group effort in providing care, management actively works to keep reception and treatment staff communicating to prevent hard separation between the two roles.

Cons

Very few. Benefits could have a wider range of choices with different levels of coverage but otherwise no complaints
