Pros

I feel supported, not just by my on-site leadership, but by the home office as well. I am confident that any ideas or concerns are taken sincerely. Benefits are competitive and my schedule allows for total work/life balance. My hospital has the support it needs so we can focus on patient care, and our personal well-being.

Cons

I may change my mind down the road, but at less than a year here, I have not experienced a situation that I would consider a "con" for working here.

great support from home office that know their area (HR, finance, etc), encouraging and flexible upper management, we prioritize hiring kind, positive, collaborative people, we are allowed to make our own decisions and choices
