CityVet has a really upbeat, productive culture. Everyone cares about their team members, outside departments, the field teams, and of course, the clients and pets. Flexibility, low-ego leadership, and opportunities for growth come to mind.

Cons

The home office could do a better job streamlining communication with the field teams.
