Everyone is approachable, and ideas are welcomed regardless of title or tenure. Leadership genuinely cares about their teams Quarterly we all align and company goals and how we can work together to achieve them Lots of opportunities to take on new challenges and grow within the organization.

Cons

It's a fast growing company which always comes with some pinch points. Leadership really seem to take notice and adjust as needed to help!
