All of the doctors were very helpful and willing to train the right people. There were benefits, although they weren’t the greatest. Most clinics are too small to be staffed well enough for the volume they see.

It's a warm welcoming working environment, especially if you are new to the field. They really take the time to teach and explain everything. The benefits are also really great.
