There are many benefits options

Cons

Benefits are very expensive. Each location is owned by Veterinarian who may not have business acumen and therefore rely on practice managers who are not supportive or rather supportive to those they prefer only. The current staff train other staff and held accountable to senior staff so everyone manages everyone. It's very disorganized and corporate offices are far removed so they don't see or understand hoe each of the locations are being "managed".

Managers and executives are approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth. The Culture is positive. It's a collaborative, compassionate environment where teamwork and respect are prioritized. There are paths for advancement and great mentors at the company. Hard work is acknowledged and appreciated regularly. CityVet is truly one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The experience has been both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.
