Pros

I’m supported to practice best medicine by HQ, location leadership, the staff, and the equipment/inventory. I am well compensated and have good benefits.

Cons

I don’t have much exposure to people at HQ and other locations. I don’t know many of them and I don’t know if they know of me. While I do want to be left alone to work as I see fit, I feel disconnected from the overall group.

Leadership truly embodies core values. Local partner and clinic staff have autonomy to create the best culture for team. Veterinarians are able to practice medicine how they want, have high quality equipment and access to best medicine.

Cons

Being apart of a corporate group, there are some nuances, but easy to work through.
