Ability to run and shape my own hospital the way I want with support from home office when asked for. Unlimited financial opportunity. You get out of it what you put into it!
Cons
No major cons. I have loved getting to design, open and run my own clinic just as if I was a stand alone practice. However, I get to focus on the things in practice that I love and leave the marketing, book keeping, IT and facility issues to those who do it best.
