Pros

-a company that truly lives by their values -benefits above industry standard -you can speak up confidently and share your opinions and ideas with leadership and be heard! -amazing culture and teams -low turn over -growth opportunities -owners at each clinic -autonomy to practice your work the way you feel is best -mentorship and support

Cons

-nothing specific I can think of. Our rentention rate is so high sometimes we don’t have opportunities open for everyone but we are growing and will continue to be able to add to the teams!

Pros

Although new to the company I have found it to be one of the best companies I have ever worked for. This company feels like family and everyone I have come into contact with has been knowledgeable about their position, willing to help where needed and great to work with. My position is a very busy one and the company is growing. There are no limitations on what you can accomplish here and after being in IT for 29 years it is a great feeling. Management is great here and the people are very reliable. You get a sense that from the top down everyone is working for and concerned about what is best for the company and not just the individual or their team.

Cons

None that I can think of.
