      The company went above and beyond to include me as family. Reputable doctors, and great staff.

      Cons

      No cons, veterinary medicine has its ups and downs, but you learn with time.

      Pros

      - I feel like I can be myself here - I feel supported by management - I feel that there are opportunities for growth based off performance and other personal attributes - I feel that leadership is really cool, does not act better than the rest of us and isn't constantly poking there heads in the clinics - in fact it's about the opposite - The doctors/leaders here who lead their clinics and teams are able to build their own culture including in the team were I work which makes for better, stronger teams - The facilities are really nice and clean - The autonomy is the best I've seen in the industry with no protocols and appointments crammed into your day
