* great team- personality and worth ethic * appropriate workload- tasks are appropriately divided up * nice facility and a good amount of doctors on staff, days do not feel overwhelming when all doctors are working, there is appropriate staffing

Cons

* no designated breakroom space, meals are taken in a very small room with an equally small counter, the room also acts as a storage space and occasionally pet food is kept in the same fridge * breakroom etiquette is horrible *no work schedule flexibility ie having to work five days a week eight hour days vs four days ten hour shifts vs three days twelve hour shifts

As we continue to grow, the home office is actively working on initiatives to enhance communication between the home office and clinics so all team members feel they are involved, "in the know", and heard. We are also looking at opportunities to grow and development both our clinic team members as well as home office. Leadership recognizes just how hard the teams are working and appreciates it greatly.
