Most employees are very dedicated and work cohesively and diligently as a team. Go to great lengths to get the job done.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are only for certain individuals. Those individuals are compensated considerably more if they are part of the chosen few by upper management.

As a working mom who is learning to balance work and home life Clancy has been very considerate in my transition back to work. Everything I have needed to do for my family Clancy has been very supportive and it's made work life easier for me.
