- high quality working environment & equipment - nice people mostly at lower hierarchy levels

Cons

Highly political from mid-management upwards with some interesting "circles of trust" that protect the wrong people, creating a toxic environment of dishonesty, behind the back talking and finger-pointing when mistakes happen.
