Having good discipline in operation excellence, harmonized internal processes revived the company which was in trouble before 2010.

Cons

Employees are still working in silos, less open for new ideas which is the root cause of not able to adapt or improvise new practices in pushing products to market.

Amazing learning possibilities, great people, excellent pay. Many opportunities for exposure to management

Cons

Very complex matricial organization, initially can be hard to understand who is responsible for what. Succession plan is just a theoretical exercise.
