Pros
-mostly old-school small and single offices are a perfect place to lean back and do whatever you like (e.g. work out strategies to get rid of your office rivals), just do not expect meaningful positive work-related surprises during your day -supposedly market pay, but surprisingly hardly any local employees
Cons
-negative, risk & error avoiding, uncooporative culture -nothing to achieve here, zero real-term growth creates few, if not zero opporunities for people who are not part of the established networks
