      No clear job scope and alot of unnecessary job assignment which no personel value

      No clear job scope. Frequent unnecessary job assignment which bring only suvival benefit for Business Unit, department or superior. Most of teh job assignment of job scope which no personal career development. Basically executive is like labour. Unnecessary task to keep you busy. No career development.
