      Bonus scheme Bonus language up to 1000pln

      Cons

      - At the same time that we have the heads becoming inflexible, the managers give too many chances for people that is not performing, overloading the teams -Low salary -It is common to see people becoming senior without any experience on the department. It is not a fair system. - It is mandatory to present improvement projects otherwise it will impact in your bonus. - There is a lot of people in strategic positions which does not speak at least English.

      Legacy Hoechst, Sandoz and Süd-Chemie business, fading away though Global (shrinking) footprint Some well established business units

      Downgrading and salary reductions, compensation not competitive compared to peers like Arxada, Lonza, Straumann, etc. Hostile management behaviour, bullying, mobbing,.... management by threat Management's only competence is them praising themselves for labor cost arbitrage after kicking out competent, loyal, well-performing Europe-based employees replacing them with staff on off-shore service centres in India and Poland. The company even celebrates this on LinkedIn, what an insult to affected Europe-based colleagues. Management favours their own circle of friends

      Pros

      Company is very good. It takes care of its employees very well. There are lot of learning opportunities within the organisation.

      Cons

      Senior Management is not that good because employees have been working here for more than 5-10 years. These employees don't work & then burden comes on newly joined employees. Even after complaining to Department Head, no action is taken. The only concern is with those working for more than 10 years in the organisation as they think they are the boss of company
