      There are no pros to working here

      The most dishonest, disorganized, Ponzi scheme of a company I've ever seen. They intentionally understaff regions to keep costs down. When a customer is angry due to poor service because they are understaffed, they pull people from another account until that account complains and do it all over again. They don't care about their customer or employees. The only product they have worth a darn is something they got from Nalco Champion went the DOJ made them divest it during their merger. When that patent is up, they have NOTHING left. They burn through employees like a fiend does their stash. Avoid at ALL costs.

      Its very rare to be in a company that cares so much about employees and I really value the culture and the environment here. Excellent training and policies. Complete work life balance- helps you focus on various aspects of your life. Not a stressful atmosphere

      Frequent dynamics in Clariant business/ management decisions gives you a feeling of insecurity due to the drastic changes taking place. You really hope that nothing more changes in this company so that culture is maintained.
