Campus is nice aesthetically; Cleaning crew always cleaning bathrooms; conference rooms.

Cons

Hard to grow internally- “favorites” No real formal training; no real pay raises Opinions not valued; rarely heard Hybrid making employees return to office but there is no space or personal desks- non sanitary with sharing of desks/keyboards.

Great future business prospects, and doing well financially currently, Also great people and fun environment

Cons

None that are critical. Still some improvement developing a risk taking culture. But leaders and employees work as a team, which is great.
