      Pros

      People care and want to do better. Like most companies I guess. Good place to learn and launch from. Flexible schedules when needed.

      Cons

      Could use some modern parental leave being in the medical care industry and all... Bonus suck for the amount of off hours work required. No equity plan.

The TV you refer to is located in a common break room for all tenants in the office building and is operated by a building manager. We have passed your comment regarding the TV programming to the building manager. We appreciate your feedback regarding our culture which promotes learning and development as well as flexibility. We offer an overall competitive compensation plan and many of our benefits are well above industry standards.       Zero...Tries to sell you on the fact that employees have been here for years. Truth of the matter is its a cult and basically, these people that have been there for years could never get a job any where else.

      None At all I would Run away as fast as you can.
