      Pros

      Personal Time Off is fantastic, they really try to make sure you have time to for vacations, sick time, and emergencies; they are very team oriented, and do what they can to ease high work volumes by sharing the work; the company keeps growing, changing, and creating new positions which creates opportunities to advance

      Cons

      Workload can be stressful at times, many processes to follow up on in every department, every day

      A great company to work for with excellent benefits and compensation. The Company is continually partnering with Clients to stay ahead of the market industry in order to offer the best solutions to their business needs.

      Not necessarily a con, but often fast paced & changes directions quickly; however this is in order to accommodate the needs with in the current industry.

      The benefits can't be beat. We are very fast paced so there is never a dull moment. Leadership has put a solid business plan in place to continue as a leader in the industry.

      Cons

      There is so much to learn within the different areas; smaller training focus or a longer training time would be helpful.
