      Love the laid back but hard working, positive atmosphere. Family comes first. A lot of team work/effort Open door.

      Pros

      Multiplan takes care of their employees and has competitive salaries and benefits. Generous vacation time and health programs.

      Cons

      Training can be lacking so allot of times it can be up to the employee to take it upon themselves to seek out the needed answers from more seasoned team members.

      Pros

      Overall just a great place to work. Have been with the company for almost 22 years and still work with many of the folks I started with. MultiPlan is good to their employees and always has opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge of the ever changing healthcare market.

      Cons

      Sometimes work load can be heavy, but is that really a bad thing? Some days can be long when you receive an urgent project.
