Multi-star program, dental, PTO is decent

Cons

Delayed and declining raises, bonuses and benefits. Executives absorb all profits as salary and bonuses and don't seem to operate in reality. PTO does not rollover. CiO shows timecards of employees without hiding identity to show who is working 50+ per week in meetings as an example of a "good employee". Told all employees if they weren't working more than 40 hours a week they were falling behind.

Their benefits are so bad that it will make you think about other employers which ends up being a pro in the long run.

Cons

Very corrupt company, the company is falling fast with massive losses in the stock market and over 30 active lawsuits and considering how unethical the company is there should be alot more. . There is a culture of favoritism where the Karen-aged divorced women of HR bully everybody else. If you have any talent at all, seek ANY employer other than this one.
