Pros
The department I’m in has a lot of good people, everyone is willing to help eachother. Certain leaders are very interested in employee personal development so they offer to train and give people different tasks to learn new things. Pay is good, and benefits are OK but could be better.
Cons
Senior leadership aren’t always on the same page, making it difficult to get projects done. A lot of start then stop which can be frustrating because you’re asked to do a lot but it leads nowhere. A lot of changing due to new leadership, still in the beginning stages of the change. Some of the leaders are stuck in their old ways and even rude at times. Makes it difficult to want to work with them.
