Pros

The TLP (technology Leadership Program) is a rotational program for new , young talent. Flexible schedules, the ability to telecommute. Health benefits are good as long as you are not a smoker, which would require a surcharge of $45 per paycheck. Spouses are also discouraged from the health benefits and would require surcharges. However, you may add as many children to your health benefits at no additional charge. They offer dental, vision and a host of other ST and LT disability, critical illness and matching 401K.

Cons

The 401K is not matched until after 1 year of service and requires 6 years of service to be fully vested. The software architecture is outdated and the major releases to production are in a 12 am - 8 am window on Sundays which can run hours overtime. Major releases are for waterfall projects and really don’t reflect new, modern agile methodologies using small releases. The company treasures its long time employees with celebrations but if you are under 10 years here your opinion doesn’t matter. It takes a good year to get up to speed with projects as they are overly and unnecessarily complex. MultiPlan doesn’t do true agile but agile fall, which is really just waterfall in 2 week sprints. The TLP associates are more important than new employees. The CTO tells staff that if Medicare for All comes to existence, this company is out of business.

Pros

Monday through Friday Summer hours where you get out 2 hours early

Cons

If you have more than 2 brain cells, management will think you can do every single project known to man regardless of your time, mental health, or the fact that your neighbor right next to you is snoring but making the same amount as you
