The software architecture is outdated and the major releases to production are in a 12 am - 8 am window on Sundays which can run hours overtime. Major releases are for waterfall projects and really don’t reflect new, modern agile methodologies using small releases. The company treasures its long time employees with celebrations but if you are under 10 years here your opinion doesn’t matter. It takes a good year to get up to speed with projects as they are overly and unnecessarily complex. MultiPlan doesn’t do true agile but agile fall, which is really just waterfall in 2 week sprints.
