The only positive reviews come from offshore teams

Pros

Employees still have work until they can find some other position outside the company. Go take your expertise elsewhere if Bar and Matti don't value your career knowledge.

Cons

Layoffs are constant and hit what appears to be all teams except offshore. No raises or bonuses are now the norm. People are expected to work harder to cover those people that "left" i.e. were laid off but management refuses to admit such a thing. Influx of people from Elsevier brought in to "fix" problems have now BECOME the biggest dead weight, furtively grabbing their paychecks and hope no one notices (why are they still employed? Ask the CEO).
