Pros

Company culture, at the time the CEO was a visionary whom anyone could approach. Excellent group of people and professionals to works with, beautiful product tailored to the large Enterprise.

Cons

Politics between US and EMEA groups unfortunately pushed 2 cultures and a great wall between divisions.

- Beautiful offices with sweeping views and fully stocked kitchen - Currently a leader in the market, although competitors are close behind - Much of the staff is sharp, hardworking and just "good people"

Cons

- Lots and lots and lots of employee turnover - Dual HQs (San Mateo and Israel) feel like 2 separate companies, no cohesion - Management lacks experience and tact - Product is falling behind in the market: needs a new UI and more innovative functionality
