Pros

Clarizen still holds her startup feeling that creates a dynamic, full of life work environment. The people there are fun and easy to work with, no ego, not to much politics.

Cons

The company got big very fast, they are still process and things to work on.

Pros

It’s really rare you get to work with such a highly talented group of people that are so passionate and eager to get things done. I feel fortunate to work in such an environment that anyone doesn’t matter the role they play can make an impact and you are not being put in a box.

Cons

As any fast growing company sometime more structure and process is required which can incarese our eficincy.
