Pros

Great company culture, Start-up of 150 people including all the benefits of a company where you can make things move. Very close to the Top Management enabling a great communication. Great colleagues.

Cons

Opportunities when the company is growing, otherwise the organic options for personal growth are limited.

Pros

great product and engineers out of the company's Israel HQ make this an attractive place to work if you want to sell or support a product you genuinely believe in.

Cons

Sales and Marketing, at least through 2012, needed a lot of work. Most of Clarizen's marketing is done out of Israel and the language barrier hurts the company's image and sales efforts tremendously. Overall, still a good place to work and get some experience selling a robust and powerful tool, but not the fast-growing startup that many (such as myself) would want in a long term employer.

Pros

The product is phenomenal and is rapidly getting even better. Clarizen is also quickly gaining traction and momentum in the market with consistent three digit year over year growth for multiple years. The team is growing rapidly and our executive staff is incredibly strong. IPO highly likely in 2-3 years. Fun culture with perks like Friday happy hours.

Cons

The hours can be quite long, and we could always use more members on our teams... but that is the nature of working at a fast growing company.
