Thank you for your review. We take a lot of pride in our culture – it’s at the top of the list for why our people continue to stay and a commonly asked question from those considering joining Clarizen. We have every intention to keep our culture intact as we take the journey with Planview. Yes – there have been a good number of management changes; particularly in our Sales team over the past year. We see this as a necessary investment in our continued growth as a software company. We believe that the product and development teams in Israel is a core strength of Clarizen. Everyone understands that we are stronger when we work as one team and the key to success is full cooperation and collaboration. This is always a work in progress and people are committed to this effort.
