      Pros

      This company is overall good for giving them a try. Good work/life balance, good salary, good people. Office is really comfortable with a Gym in the building. The company provides very detailed training for new employee and love to answer any question you might have. It is very enjoyable to attend every Thursday’s buyer meeting. The argument between CEO and buyers is the most fun time to learn the business and critical thinking during the week. PS: H1B sponsorship is open to discuss.

      Cons

      The company only like to hire and keep invest on the people who are good at product management (how to market your product, how to set up price to increase revenue etc.), so you will be doing lots of sourcing, pricing, gathering information for the product. You will learn something through doing these tasks. I believe that these tasks are useful down the road. You just have to bear with those repetitive tasks without a whole picture of it for a long time.

      Pros

      Great training and knowledgable management. Very approachable and tells it like it is. The company is growing at a rapid rate and is always hiring. Good work/life balance. Good compensation. Open door policy.

      Cons

      if you do not like to be micro managed and looking for a purchasing position, look elsewhere. Rapid growth comes with extreme challenges and the number one challenge this company is having is keeping a full staff. Unfortunity their underemployed status is because of their reputation not because of their growth.

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible hours (you're salary so you usually end up working more than your 40 hours anyway) and really good pay especially for the area. If you have the right personality, they're willing to give you a chance.

      Cons

      This review is specially for purchasing. I'd say this is a great job for entry level applicants. Management is probably their biggest weakness as they are stretched thin, poorly trained (if trained at all), and lack basic people skills. You're expected to work 40 hours minimum but due to the amount of work and lack of staff (turnover is so high they can't keep up with the hiring) you end up staying closer to 50. The atmosphere is horrible and so quiet that you can hear a pin drop. My best piece of advice to anyone that wants to survive : save every single email and piece of correspondence. The blame game is played on a daily basis when something goes ill, and anything you have to defend yourself and your work goes a long way.
