      Good growing Company- needs to iron out practices

      Pros

      Good pay, fairly flexible scheduling. Coworkers were great. Nice company perks, holiday party, training stuff always had lunch/'dinner provided.

      Cons

      Fast changing environment, growing so fast that different levels of management weren't always on the same page. Some favoritism. Benefits were sub-par for what they cost. No vision coverage. No transparency about what others are making for doing the same job.

      There are not many challenges. At first it is a lot to learn and take in but once you understand processes it's easy

      Fun working environment, very active job. Ability to learn various aspects of the job. Learn a lot of product knowledge.

      Cons

      Senior management does not allow for new ideas. Very stuck in their ways of doing things. Regional manager micromanages the stores without clear direction which leads to a lot of double work.
