      Pros

      Awesome company with great culture! Everyone that works there is an amazing team player. Work is fun to go to.

      Cons

      If there is snow day where the office or store is not open you must take that day as one of you vacation days or make up the hours which just makes the company seem really cheap. The employees did not ask for it to snow. They shouldn't be punished for that.

      Pros

      Fun working environment, very active job. Ability to learn various aspects of the job. Learn a lot of product knowledge.

      Cons

      Senior management does not allow for new ideas. Very stuck in their ways of doing things. Regional manager micromanages the stores without clear direction which leads to a lot of double work.
