      Coworkers of mine and many of the Clark Construction Group employees all believed that this is the place to either start or continue your career in construction management

      the people are great, smart and fun to work with. do a good job of making you feel like part of the company final. Many opportunities for great experience to improve /expand skill set.

      Cons

      gets a little political between teams at times. high expectations can be a blessing and a curse, lead to stressful times.

      The team environment is great. They held social company events for team building. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Work life balance is pretty difficult. Pay scaling with promotions and raises do not keep up with the market. Essentially asking that you move companies.
