      - first three years treated well with 2 raise opportunity a year

      Cons

      - Do not care that many higher ranking employees are sexist, racist and offensive - upper management blaming lower level employees for mistakes - no work life balance - expectation is to do the work of 2-3 employees - no transparency - minimal benefits - toxic work environment
