      Training not organized and consistent

      Pay and benefits are nice.

      Cons

      The company could have a better structured training. People that were chosen to train were with the company 8 months and were fresh out of college when they started the company. It is not good for someone coming to the company with years of experience. Training was spotty and inconsistent.
