      Since its construction company and there is limited staffin the IT dept, there is a great scope of learning new technologies

      Cons

      Again to the same point where the IT staff is limited there is too much pressure to meet deadlines poor work life balance. Specially after COvid there is no sense of personal time. Employeesa re expected to be avaialble at hour during weekday/ weekends

      This is a great launchpad into a career in real estate or construction. Upper management is great, just bogged down by some old school attitudes related to staffing / innovation.

      Cons

      Pay isn't competitive within the industry or outside the industry, generally understaffed so hard to find time to innovate and improve the way things are done.
