      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities throughout the company to gain experience in the field and learn about the construction business.

      Cons

      Poor management/manager development. Not enough is done at a company wide level to develop managers that keep their subordinates engaged. This contributes to a sink-or-swim culture and high turnover. More concern is given on “getting the job done” than employees professional development.

      Pros

      Smart and caring local business unit leaders. Very diverse and solid portfolio. All year around interactions among employees and also with the VPs. Knowledgeable and skilled employees.

      Cons

      Competitive work environment that may impact employees’ work performance and fulfillment at work. Depend of roles and responsibilities, there can be sometimes too much controlling by the supervisors from the headquarters. Very long hours at work that sometimes can be lost/ ignored/ not appreciated by some supervisors. Very young and not very well leadership-rounded sometimes run the very key roles at very high level.
