Pros

Interesting projects that many other GC’s don’t have the ability or experience taking on.

Cons

Acknowledging what I said as a Pro, the Con will speak volumes of the company reality. The list of cons is longer than can be listed here. The culture is toxic. Team member are bullies and narcissistic. Feedback and reviews are insignificant.

Pros

Clark exposes employees to a wide range of construction responsibilities and develops employees very well by not pigeon-holing people into specific, isolated tasks. The people there are incredible.

Cons

The working wage, when you account for the standard work hours of 10-12 hour days, even when the project isn't busy, as well as weekend work, made my hourly wage equal to the minimum wage in California.
