Pros

Job security. You will feel like you are working for government/Union.

Cons

Conservative company. Long hours. No rewards to hard working employees. Generalizes outstanding performers with low performers. Very young senior managers who don’t know what to do. Upper management do not keep their word/ promises. I can go on and on. In a nutshell I would say if you have another offer along with this then go for that company. Mark my words you won’t regret it.

● Good benefits, especially for women ● Generous relocation bonus ● Starting at the industry standard

Cons

● Very structured, limited career paths ● Major lack of diversity outside of the DC office ● Certain people are promoted at an accelerated pace based on favoritism from certain executives ● The rate of promotions is significantly slower in certain regions than in others due to the lower volume of projects
