      Free parking that is all

      - No negotiation for salary - No remote option - 4 days of corporate federal holidays (Labor day, New Year, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) - - Barely any raise - working on the weekends - No overtime pay although you qualify for overtime - they just want you to take a day off instead of paying you! - "compensates" overworked employees by giving box seats to the games It is a construction company, but the CEO expects you to come dressed in suits and slacks.

      A lot of expectations and work put on lower staff and they shuffle trained people around so that managers do not get benefit of their trainee. Lots of turnover for burn out
