      Lots of opportunity for growth. Great opportunity to learn and challenge myself while getting the support from my manager. Great group of employees who are high-performers and proud of what they build Company leadership responds well to criticism and always looks for ways to improve

      Free concert tickets in DC area. Great reputation. Complex, interesting projects. Looks good on resume.

      Cons

      Very difficult work/life balance. Not recommended for families with young children, particularly working moms. Intimidation-based management. No collaboration. No mentorship.
