Pros
Fantastic people--intelligent, personable, young, passionate. Lots of opportunity based completely on performance and quality of work. Very stable company. Leadership is very strategic in how they choose projects and prepare for the future.
Cons
Not enough staff to handle work load on job sites and in corporate departments. Only 2 weeks vacation for your first 5 years, then 3 weeks until 15 years. Salary slightly less than industry average. Male dominated (as are most construction companies).
