Pros
Large company allows all different types of projects and experiences. Opportunities in the DC area but also all over the country. Amazing wealth of knowledge of employees that is shared and continued learning is encouraged.
Cons
Large company so it seems possible to get lost in the shuffle. Supervisors rarely take the time to explain the greater picture for employees, except at yearly reviews. Pay could be better, but benefits are pretty good. Long hours, lots of hours. Expect to work 50 hours a week on the minimum. Most weeks are 50-70 hours.
