Pros
I worked for Clark Construction Group on two occasions. My initial employment was one of the best learning and growing experiences in my life. I was employed for three years and was inspired to learn and also to go back to school and earn a degree. Teamwork was paramount in my experience from the top to the bottom. Sadly work ran out and I was unwilling to relocate.
Cons
My second time employed at Clark Construction Group was a complete opposite experience. I was told by my project manager to forget everything I had learned and to start over. After a year of doing things to the best of my ability and sitting in a review and being told that a glowingly good review was impossible, I was fired after just after working for that office.
