      Pros

      Clark is a great company to work for. They have supported most of my wishes and positions I wanted to work in.

      Cons

      Clark is rapidly becoming the stepping stone to other companies. I just found out that my salary after busting my butt for 3 years is now the salary they hire college grads for... Many of my co-workers have gone to other companies, receiving 30% raises for their experience. Don't know how much longer I will stick around here...

      Pros

      Great projects, great people. Team work is important. Employees really care about the quality of work.

      Cons

      Compensation should be better and more competitive for employees. Especially those who have tenure. There are a few "bad apples" who do not work hard and will take other people's credit, Unfortunately this is not unique to Clark.

      -Valuable experience -Challenging work environment -Never boring. -Team environment -Clark Corporate University program -Large organization with many capabilities -Smart group of people

      Cons

      -Had to leave to get paid what I was worth. -Worked weekends without compensation or equitable time off. -Seems if you don't have problems everyday then your job is thought to be easy rather then simply doing a good job.
