      Good Benefits and Great Coworkers

      Pros

      It is similar to any other large business. It is what you make of it, they allow you to take on projects that you may not necessarily be ready for but you may not get the opportunity at another company. Great coworkers with a wealth of knowledge that you can ask questions of.

      Cons

      Not a ton of recognition in the pre-construction department. But that is what happens when the stuff you work on doesn't get completed for a few years.

      Pros

      Decent place to work, good local offices. Generally hire smart people.

      Cons

      Extreme drug testing policy and very anti-cannabis. Even in legal markets. You will be tested multiple times per year even if you work a desk job. You will be fired immediately with no second chances even for CBD. This is for both private and government work and applies to all offices in the country. Toxic HR department based in DC area, drain the swamp.
